DÖNSA – Yozgat

A 12.000 m2 factory, in a 20.000 m2 land, located in an Industrial Park which is a government-supported promotional area. 

Current capacity 350 Lonati GK 615 open seam and GK 616 linking machines are in place. 

The annual production capacity is about 20 million pairs. 

The facility is a Lean Manufacturing oriented facility with about 80% of it is process’ are automated. 

Furthermore, we are planning to double the size of the factory along with the machinery/production capacity by the end of 2022.
